We asked ourselves: How can we strengthen local supply chains, healthy food and circular solutions in the hospitality sector?
The result: Together with the Kursaal Berne team, we are reinventing the traditional “Bärner Platte” - innovative, sustainable and circular. Our motto is “brutally local” in what we eat, drink and how we pack it.
The “Bärner Platte” makers are:
- the Kursaal Berne team creates the innovative and circular “Bärner Platte” - a world premiere
- SHIFT Switzerland and Impact Hub Switzerland bring the right ingredients and people together
- Meret Matter and Guy Krneta open new cultural perspectives on the “Bärner Platte”
- Suppliers and circular food experts from the region share their knowledge and passion for healthy food, sustainable gastronomy and circular economy
