For the past five years, SHIFT Vaud has been forging paths where silos dominate. By bringing together farmers, entrepreneurs, researchers, institutions, artisans, and citizens, the event creates rare open spaces: a place to experiment with and transform our food system in concrete, collective, and locally rooted ways.  

For its 5th edition, on March 19th 2026 in Vevey, SHIFT Vaud marks a true milestone. Nourishing the transition means acknowledging the progress made and, above all, continuing to open new perspectives by circulating ideas, sharing knowledge, and supporting projects capable of taking root and lasting over time.
