Building on our SHIFT Vaud work since last year, we expand the focus to food & energy. Particularly in situations of scarcity, agriculture offers potential for food and energy production. We invite you to join our space for discussion, innovation and involvement for the entire Vaudois food ecosystem in order to radically rethink our relationship to what defines our life: our soil and what it produces. Discussions will revolve around 5 key themes: Food, Knowledge, Resources, Community, and Rythme.
